Push Ups Counter is a practical application designed to assist users in accurately counting and tracking their push-up exercises. The app records each repetition in a comprehensive training log, allowing users to monitor their progress over time on a daily basis.

Initiating a workout session is straightforward: simply press the 'Start' button. Push-ups are registered either when the user's nose or chin makes contact with the device screen, or, if available, when the proximity sensor detects the user's head nearing the device. Upon completion of the workout, pressing the 'Stop' button saves the session data to the training log.
